Domestic (within the UAE):
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days, subject to courier availability.

International (Global):
Orders are shipped via trusted global carriers with tracking.
Dispatch within 1–3 business days; delivery times vary by destination.
Import duties or taxes: Any customs charges or VAT in the destination country are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility.
VAT & Invoices:
For orders within the UAE, 5% VAT applies as required by law. Every order includes a dated invoice with line-by-line information on item, price, and VAT.
Invoices and product details are provided in both Arabic and English.
RETURNS
No General Cooling-Off Period:
Unlike some jurisdictions, the UAE does not mandate a cooling-off or “right of withdrawal” period for unsolicited returns.
Goods Faulty Upon Arrival:
If you receive a card that is damaged, misrepresented, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
Return shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by CARDBOY.
On verification, we offer a replacement, full refund, or store credit—your choice.
Authenticity Guarantee:
All our cards come with a 100% authenticity guarantee. If you believe the card is counterfeit—even beyond the 7-day window—please let us know. Once inspected and confirmed, we will offer a refund or replacement.
Non-Fault Returns (Conditional):
Because Pokémon cards are collectible and sensitive to condition, non-fault returns aren’t encouraged.
However, if you’ve had a change of heart and the card is still in original, sealed condition, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
A 20% restocking fee may apply, and return shipping is at your expense. Final approval remains at our discretion.
